Questions
When is Swiss delivery free?
On orders above CHF 250.00 to Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Below that it is a flat CHF 12.00.
How does tax-free export work?
Listed prices include 8.1 % Swiss VAT. When the delivery address is outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the VAT is removed at checkout.
Who pays import duty?
The recipient. Tobacco is dutiable almost everywhere and rates vary, so the carrier will contact you if anything is owed. Please check your personal allowance before ordering.
Can I collect from the boutique?
Yes — select collection at checkout. Bring photo identification; Swiss law requires us to verify age before handing over tobacco.
