Every Cuban box comes from Intertabak AG, the sole authorised Habanos S.A. importer in Switzerland.

A barcode you can check yourself
Enter the 12 digits from the warranty seal at habanos.com. If the answer does not match the box, it is not genuine.

Seals checked on arrival
Hologram, seal micro-printing and the UV coat of arms are inspected on every consignment before it enters stock.

Questions
Where do I find the 12-digit code?
On the green warranty seal across the opening edge of the box, in micro-print along the border and as a barcode. Enter the twelve digits at habanos.com.
Does a genuine box always have a hologram?
Boxes made since 2010 do. Older stock predates it, and for those we rely on the factory stamp and the chain of custody from Intertabak AG.
Can I have a box verified before I buy?
Yes. Call +41 91 923 20 20 and we will photograph the seal, barcode and factory stamp of the exact box we would ship.
