What is this?
When you are using a handle for espresso machine
making, you fill the espresso coffee into the twist on
handle, then press for the espresso to come out.

Once this is done, the coffee is now compressed and also
very wet and heavy.
Do you right now dump it into the garbage can or
some other contaminated place?

THAT's where your new Knock Box comes in.
Made of stainless steel and heavy duty rubber parts,
you "knock" the coffee off into the professional
used coffee box.

The round hole is for folks whom have a tamper
to tamp down the dry ground espresso before putting
into you espresso machine !
